Present: Chair, Jon Carroll, Commissioners: Lu-Ann Zbinden, Shilo Garceau, Patrick Lucas(Z), Jared Denis, Mosley(A), Chris Hurlburt (A) and Jerrold Abrahams(A,Z). (Z=Zoom A=Alternate)

With an August deadline for updating of the Town’s Plan of Conservation and Development looming, the Commission stepped up its efforts to work its way, section-by-section, through the current POCD, making editorial changes along the way. Work at this particular meeting focused on the Economic Development, Roads and Circulation, and Municipal Facilities components of the plan.

Before concluding the meeting, the Commission elected its 2026 officers. Jon Carroll and Lu-Ann Zbinden were re-elected as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, and Shilo Garceau was elected Secretary.

2/7/26 Special Meeting

Excused: Dustin Mosley(A), and Chris Hurlburt (А) 

Others: Spencer Musselman, Land Use Official, and Lori Clinton.  

The Commission continued its work on the POCD update, focusing in this session on the Municipal Facilities section.
